Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and the operators of Zardoz. We may update them at any time by posting a revised version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Zardoz provides tools to:

• Discover and research tokens on Robinhood Chain (and testnet where enabled)
• Launch tokens via Zardoz Instant and passthroughs to external launchpads (e.g. NOXA, Flap, Bankr, trench.today, Bags)
• Farm Uniswap V3 liquidity, claim creator / farm fees
• Track watched wallets, live signals, portfolio holdings, and related market data from public sources

Zardoz is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Robinhood Markets, Chronos Research, or the rights holders of the 1974 film Zardoz.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live)
• You must have legal capacity to enter contracts
• You must not be prohibited from using crypto services under applicable law
• You must comply with laws in every jurisdiction that applies to you

4. Wallets, keys, and self-custody

Zardoz is non-custodial for your trading and farm positions. Transactions are signed by your wallet. We do not hold your private keys and cannot reverse on-chain actions or recover lost seeds. Embedded or generated wallets remain your responsibility — including any key download your browser receives.

5. Token launches, pads, and fees

5.1 Zardoz Instant

Instant launches deploy through Zardoz smart-contract infrastructure (factory / locker / fee vault as configured on Robinhood Chain). Creator fee collection uses the locker's on-chain claim paths (e.g. collectAndClaim). You acknowledge that contract behavior, fees, and authorization rules are enforced on-chain.

5.2 External launchpads

When you launch via a third-party pad (NOXA, Flap, Bankr, trench, Bags, etc.), that pad's contracts, fees, and terms apply. Zardoz provides a convenience UI and does not control those protocols. Fee claims for those pads follow each protocol's rules (locker, vault, Doppler beneficiaries, etc.).

5.3 Fees

Platform, launchpad, DEX, and network (gas) fees may apply and can change. Amounts shown in the UI are estimates; the chain is source of truth. All on-chain payments are final unless required otherwise by law.

6. User responsibilities & prohibited use

• Do not use the Service for illegal activity, fraud, or market manipulation
• Do not infringe IP rights or misrepresent token ownership / affiliation
• Do not attack, scrape abusively, or disrupt the Service
• Do not attempt to claim fees or positions you are not authorized for on-chain
• Comply with securities, tax, AML, and sanctions rules that apply to you

7. Intellectual property

The Service's branding, UI, and original code are owned by Zardoz or its licensors. You grant us a license to display tokens and metadata you publish through the Service for operational and promotional purposes. Open protocols and third-party code remain subject to their licenses.

8. Financial risks — no advice

ZARDOZ DOES NOT PROVIDE INVESTMENT, LEGAL, TAX, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE. Tokens can go to zero. Smart contracts can have bugs. Liquidity can vanish. Launchpads and RPCs can fail. You alone decide whether to launch, buy, sell, farm, or claim. Past performance is not a guarantee.

• Price volatility and total loss of funds
• Irreversible transactions and phishing / social engineering
• Regulatory change without notice
• Oracle, indexer, or UI data that may be incomplete or delayed

9. Availability

We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (including support for specific pads or networks) without liability.

10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZARDOZ AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, SMART CONTRACTS, OR BLOCKCHAIN NETWORKS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IN ANY TWELVE-MONTH PERIOD SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) FEES YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO ZARDOZ IN THAT PERIOD, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zardoz and its operators from claims arising out of your use of the Service, tokens you launch or promote, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply. Disputes shall first be attempted in good faith via [email protected]. You agree to resolve disputes individually (no class actions) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Miscellaneous

• Privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy
• If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect
• We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent
• These Terms plus the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding the Service
