Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Zardoz ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you access or use the Zardoz launchpad and trading terminal at https://zardoz.fun (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide

  • Wallet addresses when you connect a wallet or use embedded wallets
  • Account identifiers if you sign in with Google (email / subject id used for session and referral scoping)
  • Token launch parameters (name, symbol, metadata, logos, launchpad choice)
  • Messages you send when contacting support ([email protected], X, or Telegram)

1.2 Information collected automatically

  • IP address — used for rate limiting and abuse prevention; not sold or used for advertising
  • Standard request logs on our hosting provider (DigitalOcean) necessary to operate the Service
  • Browser local / session storage for preferences and launch history scoped to your device or signed-in account (see §5)

We do not sell personal information to advertisers. We do not build advertising profiles from your trading activity.

1.3 Blockchain data

Transactions on Robinhood Chain (and any other chain we support) are public and permanent. When you launch, trade, farm, or claim fees, the following may be visible on-chain forever: wallet address, transaction hashes, token contracts, transfers, and smart-contract interactions. We do not control blockchain data and cannot delete it.

1.4 Third-party processors

  • Wallet providers (e.g. browser wallets, WalletConnect) — we receive your public address
  • Google OAuth / NextAuth — if you sign in with Google, for authentication only
  • Pinata / IPFS — token images and metadata you upload at launch
  • Blockscout, DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, launchpad APIs — public market and holder data; we do not send private keys
  • DigitalOcean — app hosting and environment configuration

2. How we use your information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process launches, discovery, farming, portfolio, and fee claims
  • Scope launch history and referrals to the correct signed-in user
  • Respond to support requests
  • Detect abuse, security issues, and technical failures
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service

3. How we share information

We share data with service providers only as needed to run the Service (hosting, auth, IPFS pinning, public blockchain indexers). We do not share data with advertising networks or data brokers.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the Service and users. Public blockchain data is visible to anyone.

4. Data retention

We retain information as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. Blockchain records are permanent. Local browser data can be cleared by you at any time via your browser settings.

5. Browser storage

We use your browser's storage for product preferences and launch history, for example:

  • Selected network (mainnet / testnet)
  • Discover view preference (cards / list)
  • Tokens you launched through this client (scoped per Google user when signed in)
  • UI flags such as disclaimer acknowledgment

Clearing site data removes this local state. On-chain launches and positions remain on Robinhood Chain.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical measures (TLS in transit, access controls on hosting). No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for your wallet, seed phrases, and private keys. We never ask for your private key in support channels. We cannot recover lost keys.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information we hold about you (subject to legal exceptions). We cannot delete immutable blockchain data. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise these rights. California (CCPA) and EEA/UK (GDPR) users retain the statutory rights available under those laws.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

9. Third-party links

The Service links to wallets, explorers, launchpads, and social sites. Their privacy practices are their own. Review their policies before sharing information with them.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
